An inspirational blog for walkers. June 5, 2015. June 5, 2015. Last week the media was buzzing about the ‘strawberry full moon’ destined to arrive in our area on Tuesday night. To sit for a moment, and wonder…could we be the actors upon its inviting stage? I was reminded how much I love taking walks at night with my f...

It’s a crazy world out there…the lack of jobs, the high cost of college and apparently, people with a lot of free time on their hands to explore and invent new skill sets. Who would have thought these skills would include the transformation of the simple, honest plank exercise? Does the elephant derive a greater purpose in it’s life?

An inspirational blog for walkers. The trees wear sweaters in Evanston. May 28, 2015. Last weekend, my walk took me through a portion of downtown Evanston.
