Sina's Good Eats: Easy Banana Muffins
http://sinasgoodeats.blogspot.com/2012/11/easy-banana-muffins.html
Saturday, November 24, 2012. 1 spice cake mix. 1/2 cup applesauce or 1/3 c. oil. 4 ripe bananas, peeled. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. I put my peeled bananas into a zip-lock baggie to mash them up and then just snip the end off the bag and squeeze! Mix all the ingredients together and fill your muffin pan cups with liners 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center muffins springs back when touched. The double batch made about 30 regular sized muffins. Make It and Love It.

Can't get easier than that! This isn't my favorite yarn to knit with. I find the "nubbies" get stuck and I have to give a little tug or the stitch will be too tight. But. it is very soft and will come in handy on those slightly chilly summer nights. Posted by Karen Knitting 11:02 AM. Saturday, January 06, 2007.
