Here is a delightful dessert I created when my daughter was on the candida diet. No one would guess there's zero sugar in this recipe. The budget may not allow for this often, but it is a great dish to have at special events for those on a candida or diabetic diet. 2 c almond flour. Mix and spread in a greased 9x13 dish. Bake for 10 minutes. 2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese. 1 1/2 c. xylitol. 4 Tbsp. coconut flour. 1/2 c lemon juice. 1/2 tsp. guar gum. Optional: Garnish top with shredded coconut. Frac34; teas...

This cheese sauce is great over veggies like broccoli, potatoes, cauliflower, celery, etc. Frac14; teaspoon salt. Frac12; teaspoon garlic powder. 1 ½ cups milk. 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, and bring to a boil. Stir until thickened. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Mona's Zesty Dip (Ramona Rosser's recipe). 1 block cream cheese. 1 jar medium chunky salsa. 1 packet of Ranch Fiesta dry mix.

Why I Chose a Natural Birth. Meet our newest family member! We welcomed this little guy into our world four weeks ago (Hence the sporadic posting over the past month). He weighed 9 pounds, 5 ounces and was 2 feet long! My labor was quick (less than 3 hours). I was able to give birth naturally and without an epidural or pain medication. I wish every woman could experience childbirth like this. It is absolutely amazing! Have you experienced birth naturally, or would you choose to do so?

My husband just left for work. My house is full of people I love, but it's quiet because they are all asleep. I can hear the dishwasher running and the dryer going. I’m pretty sure I just consumed about four servings of the stuff, at 20 grams of natural sugar per serving. But at this point of the Daniel Fast.
