Week 4 of Bake Off is all about desserts, after hearing of a bumper crop of blackberries near the airport Jacob decided that we should make apple and blackberry crumble with. To make the crumble we first peeled, cored and chopped 8 apples and put them in a pan with the blackberries, some water and 50g caster sugar and then heated them for about 5 minutes. August 31, 2014.
