A day in my life. Tuesday, January 28, 2014. We had a fantastic flight out of Haines in a small single prop plane. Our pilot took advantage of good weather and it being one of his last days flying for the summer to take us down a mountain valley route instead of along the Lynn Canal. A day in my life. Friday, August 9, 2013. On July 9th through 11th, Todd and I went up to the Sawtooth Mountains for a short backpacking trip. We hiked from Grandjean into Trail Creek Lakes. The first night was a rough sleep. Achy bodies, warm temperatures, animals outside the tent causing Henry to bark, ugh, so much for peace in the woods.
