The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has issued its annual fire closure order for Whitewater Canyon. Parking anywhere along Whitewater Canyon Road is currently prohibited and violators may be ticked by BLM. Whitewater Preserve will remain open during the fire closure, however the southern section of the Canyon View Loop Trail (along the road and trails leading up to the road) is closed.
