My Medfly Bioacoustics Research. My Article on Medflies. Description of Wild Mirage. Bioacoustics is the study of how animals use sound for communication and echolocation. Often animals use sounds that humans cannot perceive. I received two BS degrees in Zoology and Speech and Hearing Science as I was interested in pursuing research in bioacoustics. Those who contemplate the beauty of the Earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts.
