The most important ingredients in my current routine are Vitamin C, BHA, Niacinamide, and retinol. I’m using sample packs on some of these. Unless indicated PM or AM only, I would do this step in the morning and at night. Knowing me, things will change periodically so I’ll update. I pre-cleanse my face with The Face Shop Rice Water Cleansing Oil.
