LIFE IN HD: Life...
http://heathersgorillamusings.blogspot.com/2009/05/life.html
Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Blogging takes a back seat, as do many other things in the busyness of teaching, mothering and keeping up with life! I thought of a great post last night as I lay in bed, but this morning I could not, for the life of me, remember what it was about. Regardless, I need to update this poor lonely piece of cyber space. The girls have been busy with the track meet preparation at school. They both tried out for multiple events and both made the team. Maddie is doing 100 metre, lo...They ...

LIFE IN HD: How the World is Changing...
http://heathersgorillamusings.blogspot.com/2009/04/how-world-is-changing.html
Friday, April 17, 2009. How the World is Changing. Through the network of blogs, I read about two families who lost their babies. One was 17 month old Maddie. Another was little Thalon. It was heart-breaking to read about these losses. I didn't know these families at all, but I shared just a little in their sorrow, prayed for them and will follow their journey now. Oprah is on twitter. I don't understand twitter fully yet. I signed up out of curiosity more than anything. Ashton Kucher (sp? Get a Voki now!

Monday, September 25, 2006. Libby and her toque. Originally uploaded by ddgrunau. I don't think that Libby was quite ready for this picture! Sorry it's been a while since I have posted. this week has been kind of crazy. My mom came on Tuesday and visited. It was great to have her here. Mom is always a huge blessing when she comes! Because of this she is starting to wake up in the middle of the night again. Last night she woke up at 1am and 5am. I felt like I had a newborn all over again! This weekend we ...

The Grunau Family: March 2006
http://grunau.blogspot.com/2006_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 30, 2006. So I went to the doctor's today and everything is looking great. Lately I have been a little worried about just how big this baby is. I mean Daryl Grunau is the father! So I asked Doctor Stalker (that's her name.) if she could tell how big the baby is and she said that she is pretty good at it. So the results. she said that I was a little under the average size, so she guessed that the baby would probably be around 7 pounds 3-5 oz. YAY! I'm not going to give birth to a toddler!

LIFE IN HD: The End of Summer as we Know It....

Friday, September 04, 2009. The End of Summer as we Know It. I can't believe we are verging on the Labour Day weekend. The summer went by in a blur with all the activity and inactivity! The major highlight of our summer was the big "reno". Our house is now newly painted, tiled, carpeted, light fixtured, plumbed and most importantly a few square feet bigger upstairs. We love our new room but unfortunately have run our of money to furnish it! We loved it and may cruise again one day! Mike and I also took a...

Sunday, March 01, 2009. Was it a lion or a lamb today? I think it was perhaps a bit of both, so who knows how it will end up? I can't actually believe that March is here! It seems impossible that February is over. My report cards are in progress. They are on their way to being finished and will be done by Tuesday evening.that's what I plan anyhow. Then it will be a week and a half until spring break! Welcome March.I hope it brings some warm sunshine, some evening light and a few pink blossoms!

The Grunau Family: October 2006
http://grunau.blogspot.com/2006_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 28, 2006. This is our life. Originally uploaded by ddgrunau. Sorry I haven't written anything for awhile but things have been slightly crazy! BUT a side effect of that was that she got super constipated and I have my first run in with a suppository (to be followed by the same experience 6 days later! QUICK NOTE before any moms start getting super mad at me. I didn't say that I agree with the WHO, this is just what my doctor told me. Anyways, so then my doctor suggested weighing her to s...
