The Jacobs Family Blog. Thursday, July 15, 2010. This year we headed to Webster Groves (a St. Louis suburb) for the 4th instead of the downtown show. There were rides and food, and cotton candy! This was the first time the kids had cotton candy, and they were impressed. Stephen wanted in on the action, too:. And Emmie was kind enough to oblige:. It turns out that Thai tourists travel to many of the same places foreigners do, but they usually stay in different hotels and book different tours.
