Staying at Le Domaine des Thomeaux, a small chateau hotel in the middle of nowhere. Very pretty, very reasonable. As we approached the cellars of Xavier Frissant. Apologies for the torn label - paniers. Will do that to a bottle over a couple of hundred km. Describes itself as a restaurant gastronomique. Not a good start.
