Since last February we have completed the western reception and administration areas. There are now four offices, a registration area, a break room, two bathrooms, a classroom, and a meeting area. Thursday, November 11, 2010. Timely financial gifts and timely workers have made this possible as we look forward to having our offices and some restrooms in by the next camping season. Framing in a storage and equipment room on the Mezzanine level. Finally, through with the black paper covering the insulation. This has been one of the most tedious jobs in the process. But, it looks great once it is done! Putting up the strandboard backing on the Mezzanine Level. One of the upstairs rooms framed in.

Thursday, December 3, 2009. You will also see that the heaters have been hung, but, they are not yet plumbed. You might notice that some basketball hoops have been put up as well. The groups that used the Camp in November were able to use the building for some of there play time. At this time of year we appreciate those who continue to support the Camp and this project financially. Monday, February 28, 2011. The crew along with the help of several volunteers from Newberg Christian Church have been working towards putting up sheetrock on the walls in the western administration and reception areas. The Mezzanine level is being taped, mudded and sanded. The lower level has about two-thirds of the ceiling sheetrock installed. The pictures show some temporary lighting. Tuesday, June 23, 2009. Time for An Update. As we transitioned from May to June the pace at Camp has picked up quite a bit. There was the transition from hosting Outdoor Schools to hosting our summer camps. Christian Heritage Conference, Hispanic Family Camp and the first two youth camps have already moved through. The Wi.Ne.Ma Web Windchime. Tuesday, October 27, 2009. The results are in for Friends of Wi-Ne-Ma Day: $30, 121 was raised through this year’s Friends of Wi-Ne-Ma Day. Of that amount just over $14,000 was raised on behalf of the special Missions Building project. One hundred fifty people enjoyed the concert by the Good News Gospel String Band, Salmon Dinner, and the silent and oral auctions.
