The Wine Life of Austin. December 20, 2011. Overnight tomatoes are simply tomatoes that have been slow roasted to produce a product superior in taste and nutrition. These are perfect to make on a cool evening. Just set the timer and let them bake while adding a bit of warmth to the house. 4 lbs organic (preferably) plum tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise. 5 tbsp extra virgin, cold expelled, olive oil. 6 garlic cloves, minced. The Wine Life of Austin. May 21, 2011. Saturday, May 21,2011. The warming temperatures made early morning the best time to visit the Farmer’s Markets. The downtown market at Republic Square – “my market” – is growing each week in vendors and shoppers. The reason? Well what is better than spending the morning in the park with food and music (yes, wine would be better) Also more produce is coming in so is easy to pick up something, well everything, to make a wonderful dinner when you can enjoy it with wine.
