In collaboration with the Oshkosh State Correctional Institution (OSCI), book selections are produced by transcribers certified by the Library of Congress/National Library Service (NLS) under the direction of the coordinator of the OSCI Braille Program. Continuing Education and Seminars. WisBrl offers continuing education seminars and workshops in all areas of braille transcription to teachers and braille transcribers. Members of WisBrl also conduct braille transcribing courses and continuing code instruction (math, formatting, tactile graphics, etc.) to the transcribers in the Oshkosh Correctional Institution (OSCI) program.

Monday, June 10, 2013. Pedicures for the Flower Girls. Annette and Carolyn get to be flower girls in Mike (Emily's cousin) and Susie's upcoming wedding. Susie brought them to get pedicures this morning so their feet will be really pretty. The girls are really excited about it. Sitting in the big chairs. The girls were happy about getting this done. Carolyn loved the green water. They had to kind of tilt the chairs forward so their feet would reach the water. Annette's water was blue. Pretty cute isn't she.
