Had my 28 week appointment last Thursday. I passed my Gd test with flying colors, which wasn't unexpected, but nice to hear. Doctor said that baby and mommmy are happy and healthy. Wicked Cold Winter Walk. Until the last couple of years, I have always been intentional about squeezing in some sort of exercise.
