CULTURAL PROGRAMMING and TOURISM. The WLCAC has built, owns and/or manages over 600 commercial properties, business ventures and housing units in South Central Los Angeles. Proceeds from these operations are re-invested to create additional housing and commercial development projects, which in turn provide new jobs for local residents.
