Urban Flower Child: November 2010
http://urbanflowerchild.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 15, 2010. Archaeology was… intriguing. The dirt would kiss my hands and the objects would sing songs about people long past; people who were waiting to be heard and stories that were waiting to be told. Histories were waiting to be constructed, reconstructed, and deconstructed. We got dirty together and I liked it. And I loved that I liked it, because it brought me happiness. Saturday, November 26, 2011. I Give Thanks For:. Saturday, November 19, 2011. Yesterday I had the opportunity to celebrate my friends 21. Birthday by skydiving. I’ve never felt more alive. Monday, July 25, 2011. Packing: Boxes, Bins, and Suitcases. I wish I had bags like this! I've always dreaded the act of packing. I think it has something to do with having to physically place my life in boxes. Those horrible cardboard boxes. Of course you have to be careful how you pack because you don't want the boxes and suitcases too heavy to the point where you can't lift them. Here my mind wonders again. Do I have too many boxes, to much stuff for a 20 year old? Am I the equivalent of a bag lady?

I’m not an army brat but my mother moved around like we were. The best state I’ve live in was by far New Mexico. Nothing is better than seeing mountains out beyond your back yard. I use to...
