Welcoming SPW: Trot Trot to Boston

http://www.wolfecub.blogspot.com/2007/06/trot-trot-to-boston.html

Friday, June 1, 2007. Trot Trot to Boston. OK, so I've been remiss in keeping up with the blog. Anyone who actually has small children will understand the reality that my time is no longer my own.my life is in the very sweet hands of a little boy who will turn 1 tomorrow. Sorry - no pix at this point - they're still on the camera, but I promise updates soon. So how was the trip, you say? Well, I owe my sister Florence a HUGE thanks (yes, I know your birthday is in December! That Saturday (of Mem. Day...

Welcoming SPW: Updates

http://www.wolfecub.blogspot.com/2007/04/updates.html

Friday, April 27, 2007. We heard from the agency today that they are in possession of a fully completed, stamped and certified court decree approving us as parents to Nicholas James Wolfe.YIPPEEE! What we also heard, unfortunately, is that due to two separate holidays coming up in May, we will not be able to return to do the final check-up and embassy visit until May 18 - a week later than we had hoped. Seems we keep getting caught in the bad timing trap. Posted by Nan and Jim. April 30, 2007 at 12:00 PM.

Welcoming SPW: Country Roads, Take Me Home

http://www.wolfecub.blogspot.com/2007/04/country-roads-take-me-home.html

Thursday, April 12, 2007. Country Roads, Take Me Home. Well, it might be planes, rather than country roads, but you get the picture. We leave in an hour for our last visit with Nicholas, then off to the airport. We've been doing some thinking, and wanted to share a few wishes with you:. What we miss and want when we get home:. Fresh vegetables (Mom, did you ever expect me to say that? Colorless, odorless water. Ice in our drinks, not on our sidewalks. Having some clue what the people around us are saying.

Welcoming SPW: Life in the Fast Lane

http://www.wolfecub.blogspot.com/2007/07/life-in-fast-lane.html

Monday, July 30, 2007. Life in the Fast Lane. So what’s been up in Boston? Well, we have a little man who loves to climb stairs. This is good from our perspective for a number of reasons:. It shows he’s developing nicely. It means he’s becoming a bit more independent. We live in a 2-story condo at the top of a 5 story building. He can climb all the way to the living room (on the 4. Not all the time, but it’s helpful when lugging groceries! We had two Independence Days this July. They played kind of like ...

http://findingmorganadams.blogspot.com/2007/05/first-week-at-home.html

A blog about adopting our daughter from Kostanai, Kazakhstan. Saturday, May 19, 2007. First week at home. Morgan has been feeling fine. Last night she slept from 8:30 pm all the way until 7 am without even asking for her pacifier once! She was out like a light. Morgan and I took Michele out to pizza at "Blu Pizzeria" in South Miami, where Morgan had pasta and sauce (a stage 3 jar) and some fruit mush. I'm quite impressed that Morgan has already learned to type and blog. Very cute pics you posted. Escape ...

A blog about adopting our daughter from Kostanai, Kazakhstan. Tuesday, May 15, 2007. We're home at last. To a reception hosted by Nana and Lee, with Grandpa Bob, Grandpa David, Grandma Carol and Aunt Phyllis. (The chocolate ice cream cake deserves recognition too, it was so yummy.). Fortunately Morgan adjusted to her new surroundings almost immediately, and has been sleeping well and eating well, though she's not drinking as much formula as we'd hoped she would. Morgan will have a baptism soon. It's ...

Tomorrow Morgan will start daycare at Riviera Child Care Center, and we've heard nothing but praise for infant caregiver May and her profesional team of baby ticklers. February 28, 2011. Posted by Ashley under Cradle of Love. Today I decided to make Hidaya my project for my time here. She is one of the forgotten babies but as precious as can be! She is definitely behind developmentally. Witness has better strength than she does! She wont bear weight on her legs and can’t pull herself to standing while holding my fingers. She pulls a bit but it’s very weak. I am determined to strengthen her arms and legs and get her up to a good crawl! 8211; August 11, 2010. But these w...
