Friday, August 15, 2014. In August, I find myself busy again. It's a shock after the quietness of a few months ago. I've had a few days of casual teaching,. And a few days definitely booked in coming weeks. While I really enjoy the teaching, it always means. A day lost at home, and the rest of the week becomes a bit more rushed. Wednesday, July 30, 2014. In the last few weeks we've been making some progress in the front garden. After too many months of a bed full of weeds and bulbs,. The front garden bed along the path. Is now almost all dug up, garden mix and compost have been added,. And we've been planting. Today I went for a wander in the sunshine at the local nursery. And came home with some seedlings and a birdbath. After trying a few spots I set it up and I've planted pansies around it,. Is what Steve dug up on the weekend.

Saturday, September 27, 2014. The sea, a hang glider, and a bucket. We've been going to Mona Vale every week for the last few months,. To visit the chiropractor. The ocean is just a few blocks away, but we've always been rushing. There and back and hadn't even driven by the beach until a few weeks ago. Which is a shame, because we don't get to be by water that often. So on Tuesday after our appointment we girls took a drive, and found a spot on a headland. And had a picnic with some very large ducks.

I would call 2015's first Family Outing a success. I'm glad we persisted, despite the heat and certain teenage complaints and moans, that same teenager was the first to reply with a big "yes! Saturday, May 2, 2015. As the rain buckets down here in Sydney, I am enjoying looking at the photos I took three weeks ago this evening, at Green Point by Lake Wallis. We had a wonderfully relaxing week, with lots of reading, walking, thinking, beaches, shopping and watching videos. To have a great time. Why can't life always be like that? I was watching "Escape to the Country" and spotted our inspiration. Husband E then made the three above. They are to be placed on the ground and a boot wearer puts their heel into the triangle.
