Yesterday I yelled at a co-worker.I have been known to raise my voice at times.It is something that I needed when I was younger ,I needed to be heard.But,today people are listening and there is no need for me to yell or talk loudly. I asked myself when do I yell or raise my voice.I realize it is when I feel. 3 I feel taken advantage of. 4 I 'm not being heard. 1)Be aware that there is no need to be afraid. 2)I can set limits on what I can and can not do. 3)Ask for what I need.
