This season - 2017. WCC is a non profit making organisation which relies mainly on ticket sales for its funding with some support from sponsors. It has no subscription paying members and is run by the organiser John Treadway and a band of volunteers. The organiser is a member of the Ipswich Arts Association and is also a trustee of the Ralph Vaughan Williams Society and is its Concerts Resources Officer. WCC has four aims. These are:. To promote St Mary's Church as an excellent centre for public concerts.

Seats are allocated at the point. Of purchase, so tickets bought prior to the concert will have the best available view. All seats have a sight-line of the stage.
