I like words and probably you too. Some of us want many things. Others desire only one. Many do not know what they desire, and may never know what they desire. They may find what they want, only to discover that it is false. They may blindly follow the wants of another, espousing those wants as their owns. They might buy a lie, or sell themselves to a cause. At the other end of the spectrum, there are those fixated passionately upon their desires. They may crave so badly that the want becomes a need.

This weekend I took the opportunity to enjoy two vastly different culinary experiences: one at an African restaurant, the other at the Capital Grille. But which restaurant did I like best? That is to say, both presented a unique, completely opposite, and delicious experience, memorable for years to come.
