Alphabet Soup and More. On Good Friday, Grandpa and Grandma came over to bring Easter goodies! They set up a mini Easter egg hunt for him in the front yard, which he loved! Hidden in by the tree was a basket of fun! Gen also got a basket full of goodies! He's a crazy, wonderful mess! 160; Posted by Amy. At Sunday, March 31, 2013. 160; . 160; . Alphabet Soup and More. Another month has come and gone and what a ride its been so far! You are such sweet and fun baby! You are very opinionated (or as I say, passionate) when you're hungry or something isn't going your way. You are a smiley girl, especially in the mornings, during your bath and after naps. You are the cutest little person, when you try to talk.you get yourself so worked up, kicking your legs and flailing your arms around.finally a coo comes out! 160; Posted by Amy. 160; . 160; .

Alphabet Soup and More. Yesterday, our girl turned three months old. She is changing everyday and growing so big! Cuddles from Daddy and Mommy are still a favorite. Morning cartoons with brother are becoming more interesting to her (Brother loves to hold you, little one). She is awake more often and unlike her brother, who took long naps, she only takes short ones. There are times, however, that she has a good 3 hour nap. Her evening ritual is a must! We love you Genevieve Rose! 160; Posted by Amy. Life ...

I know we still may have some from time to time and I know he still wears diapers to bed; but we don't have to change diapers all day long and that makes us both smile! 160; Posted by Amy. Alphabet Soup and More. Elf on the shelf and advent.new traditions! 160; Posted by Amy. At Sunday, December 02, 2012. 160; . 160; . Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas. We finished all of our decorating, inside and out, before December 1st this year. We even had half of our Christmas shopping, with gifts wrapped before then, as well. It feels good to know that we can enjoy December instead of stressing to get it all done. Hope everyone is having a happy December so far! 160; Posted by Amy.

Thursday, April 24, 2014. The first week of little Lee's life, my parents stayed with us and it.was.awesome. My mom would get up shortly after and Im not entirely sure of everything she took care of, but I know she had the laundry going around the clock, breakfast ready, Reese fed, and the kitchen cleaned up by the time we awoke. Dillon and I got glorious sleep that week that they were here, not rolling out of bed until 8:30 most days. Already excited for their next visit! Thursday, April 17, 2014. He we...

Friday, May 16, 2014. The Here and Now. As life gets back into a semi-normal routine, I am emerging from the enveloping fog that is life with a newborn. Slowly, the dust is settling and the new begins to take shape. Essentially I am realizing, as I did with Reese, that although daunting at first, I can do this! It is all a balancing act of course and I don't mean to say I can do it all- but I am realizing I can still do most normal activities, just in a different way. Such a freeing realization indeed.
