Taking life one day at a time. Baked anything is my favorite. I’m a lazy cook and appreciate any recipe that I don’t have to stand at the stove for. This recipe packs a lot of flavor, and is great because you can use what you have on hand. This Hasselback trend has been popping up on food blogs for some time, usually reserved for potatoes, but why not Chicken breast or a Pork Loin?
