Notre passion, votre plaisir. Le Travail de la Vigne. La maison WUNSCH et MANN est propriétaire dune vingtaine dhectares répartis sur les meilleurs coteaux de Wettolsheim. Et des villages environnants. Notre chef de culture, Marc MANN ainsi que son équipe, exploite cette surface afin de cultiver des grappes de raisins de qualité qui expriment au mieux le terroir local. De plus, la maison est propriétaire sur les Grands Crus Steingrubler et Hengst. Nous assurons la sélection des raisins. N, lélevage.

Dans nos chais, nous utilisons la plus grande partie de notre propre vignoble pour élaborer nos vins. Une autre partie, plus infime, provient de viticulteurs locaux. Les années de récolte 2008, 2009, 2010 étaient en phase de reconversion. Ce nest que la récolte 2011 qui se voit attribuer le label AB. Découvrez nos colis cadeaux.
