Last Sunday, I decided that since my two charity rides were completed, that I would set a goal this week to ride 100 miles in a week. About 3-4 weeks ago, I came close with 81 miles but usually average around 60 miles a week. The way I look at it, the first step to riding 100 miles in a day is to ride 100 miles in a week. It just seems like yesterday that I was logging in my first 10 mile ride.

Tuesday, February 28, 2012. I am hoping I have taken the next step on my journey from fat to fit. I signed up at Jens Gym and had my stats taken. Overall stats were body fat percentage and then neck, arms, chest and legs were measured. I'm not sure my stats for the body but I have a Body fat percentage of 35%. As the last year has progressed a lot has changed, I have a new job working from home (no 2 hrs lost each day driving), I am teaching as an adjunct and for the last year to 18 months my weight has crept back up and is currently at 300lbs.
