Currently, there are many visualization tools such as IGV from Broad Institute, UCSC browser and GBrowse. This week I tried GBrowse. There is a good tutorial for GBrowse in visualizeing NGS data. 自从今年8月份的时候,接到了burst.NET 那边的暂停VPS服务的公告,就急急忙忙把所有的个人资料/数据都打包拉到了本地硬盘. 之后便开始默默寻找一个物美价廉的VPS替代方案.几经周折,终于选定了在程序员圈内比较好评的digital ocean.选的是最便宜的套餐,512MB RAM,20GB HD,2TB bandwidth.和我之前的burst.NET 的配置一样,不过价格还略贵.$5/mo. 不过,好在据说digital ocean 的vps 都是固态硬盘,也让我心里稍微好受一点了. 本来打算,拿下digital ocean 的vps后,就开始挑一个周末,把vps跑起来.把环境,数据什么的都搞好. 无奈,8月初我又从公司离职了.出去旅游了一圈,也不远,就去了浙江的金华,双龙洞景区. 回来后,本打算先找份工作,再忙服务器不迟.也可能是懒吧,一直拖拖. 紧接着,和父母闹了一点矛盾,吵了一架.便一生气来了一趟说走就走的旅行. 2014825至2014.9.26,历时一个月的长途骑行.从上海到成都,全程G318国道(宜昌三峡段除外). 10月底,我进入了一家新公司.做android 开发工作.
