很多人可能以為，胃食道逆流真的沒什麼大不了的。也許是吃錯東西才會發作一下。 我整理了一下胃食道逆流常的有症狀比較難過的大概會有：想吐、逆流感、胸悶、喉嚨異物感、火燒心(又稱胃溢酸). 以後除了火燒心之外，本人是以上都有，而且是每天不斷的在發生，即使我只有吃白米飯也是會發生。 至於生活作息，基本上我本人是堅持絕對不熬夜的，所以我12點以前一定會睡著。早上7點半起床，過著非常規律的生活。 這二年一個月的時間裡面，我不斷追尋我疾病的主因，但是仍然沒有一個下文。 心情要是差點，就給我來幾個噯氣，加重逆流感以及喉嚨異物感。 現在我覺得它更嚴重了，至少最近我是有這樣的感受。胸悶的頻率增高了不少。 不過對我好像都沒什麼用就是了。我大概吃了幾百顆有了。這些都只是暫時緩解。 其中最有效的還是PPI了吧。不過這種因為沒有健保幾付，所以就只能照完胃鏡再開拉，不然就自已去買來吃，一顆也不便宜就是了。 很幸運的，因為我五點半就先掛號了，所以我掛第一位。 大部份人的經驗應該是，把把脈簡單的問診，前後應該不用花5分鐘就結束了。 這跟其它在我看過的中醫師當中，有些中醫師自恃甚高，完全不理病人。 為了要體會電影的情境 所以在片場開發參觀...
