A little imagination never hurt anyone...: October 2008

A little imagination never hurt anyone. Sunday, October 26, 2008. Tropic Thunder is Funny! Tropic Thunder is Hilarious. Its star studded cast was awesome. The cameos were even better. I'm gonna buy the DVD. Ramos, Gus Poyet, Marcoz Alvarez and Comolli have left spurs! Sad to see Gus and Marcoz go. Marcoz have been credited for improving the diet of the team. Gus was just there for the ride. Ramos credit to him for being such a talent in Spain, but failed to communicate with the team. Money come, Money go.

A little imagination never hurt anyone...: July 2010
http://bloggingat3am.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
A little imagination never hurt anyone. Saturday, July 17, 2010. By Virtue of Kindness. Today I went for Karaoke with my colleagues. We had fun as we sang. Best part of the day I had was when I was on my way home. Instead of takin the usual route home from YCK MRT. I took the longer route and thus met this visually impaired person looking lost and flustered. As I hesistated to go forward and talk to him (because I was actually going to take photos of some night scenery). But Im glad I eventually did.

A little imagination never hurt anyone...: Long time no post
http://bloggingat3am.blogspot.com/2010/07/long-time-no-post.html
A little imagination never hurt anyone. Friday, July 16, 2010. Long time no post. Since the last time I was here. I made new friends. I lost a few. I'm friendlier than ever at work. Thus making new friends along the way. I won't deny that there are a few who have messed up my senses. But I sall not indulge in such fantasies. I shall be focused. I must be strong. I travelled to Taiwan in May. Enjoyed myself much and will go back again to visit more places. I wish to travel and travel and travel.

Reminiscence of Memoirs from 6156.84 miles....: April 2014

Thursday, 17 April 2014. 31 things to say for a month - Day 25: Why I left teaching. Day 25: Why I was so upset with teaching. Despite having the option to change a coach at the end of the year, me being the sentimental me, decided to retain our current coach because I felt that he was just beginning to experience a little success with our girls and it would be unfair to change a coach suddenly. Did they have enough sleep? Was I too harsh? Labels: 31 things to say. 31 things to say. 49 days in Europe.

Reminiscence of Memoirs from 6156.84 miles....: April 2015

Wednesday, 15 April 2015. I went to Cardiff Bay in the evening and what shocked me was that everything was closed! It is nothing like the Clarke Quay or Keppel Bay of Singapore neither was it like the marina at Nice, Marseille, or Monaco whereby you expect a bustling crowd. The number of people that you can see in the streets could be counted using two hands. haha! Alright, on my next trip there, I must set aside time to explore the place itself. :). Reminiscence of Memoirs from 6156.84 miles....: February 2015

Monday, 23 February 2015. 19: Nice, Eze Village and Monaco. Left to Right (Top): (1) Main plaza in Nice, so nicely lit. (2) Train station in Nice - I like all the train stations in France because they are all so artistic that one will never imagine it to be a train station. (3) Port in Nice - pales in comparison to the port in Marseille but seeing all the yacht and boats docked in the harbour is such a pleasant sight. Where the rich and famous reside. Friday, 24 July 2015. 31: Old City of Ephesus. This part of the Turkey leg was one of my favourite because we had this really knowledgeable tour guide who explained so many things about the Greeks and Romans and their influences in Turkey. So claimed to be the last resting place of Virgin Mary. No one knows how true it is but add a fountain or some spring water and if you have any traces that it might be in any way related to history or religion, you see tourists. One of the many funny encounters was tha...

Monday, 13 January 2014. A long overdue trip to the Holy Land VII. Oh well, I have already finished blogging about the entire Holy Land journey. Why then do I dedicate another post to the Holy Land visit? This is all about my personal feelings and reflections and not representative of what Israelis speak about or what my role as an educator should be. This leads us to one critical question, "For whom does the State of Israel exist for? What about the minority groups like Druz or Christians (brought there...
