Start over 1,344,569. I have spent countless hours looking up how to lose weight fast, best. Picture taken September 9, 2014 as my ‘before’ picture. Intended on losing 30lbs for my 40th birthday in July 2015. 169lbs. I did melt some fat for my 40th birthday, but as you can see not much! Still 169lbs a year later! Ya Basta – in English means – ENOUGH ALREADY! I can say that I feel stronger than ever and I have a lot of endurance! I want all of us to be healthier! September 21, 2015. September 21, 2015.
