Over Christmas and the New Year we flew from Cape Town to Windhoek, Namibia, and after collecting a 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser, set off for the Etosha National Park on a self-drive safari. Very different from our last safari some years ago in South Africa, but great fun, even stopping by an elephant just feet from our car, hoping he would continue to eat peacefully he did!
