Missing" the snow does not include the following: shoveling, cold, wet snow stuff, cold, melting snow, school day make-ups, cold and eternal winters. Yuck. And, let me tell you - a Southern snowstorm is scary. Not because it is any worse weather wise, but because of one thing. Southerns! And, oh yes - P.S.: it's supposed to be 57 degrees on Sunday :). Yankee Mothering Gone South. Friday, November 1, 2013. The other day we found a little plastic baby that was given to us at a Crisis Pregnancy Center tent at a festival. The baby is supposed to be true-to-life size of a 10-12 week old baby in utero. Here is what the baby looks like compared to Samuel; it is almost the same size as his ear! I then realized that Samuel was this size almost exactly ONE YEAR ago. I was about 10-12 weeks pregnant, sick as a dog! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Thoughts and adventures in becoming a mother. July 30, 2011. In the past week or so Daisy has pretty much mastered crawling on her hands and knees and has moved on to climbing. She can climb up stairs, into cupboards, and onto boxes. If she can climb like this now I can only imagine how much trouble I’m going to be in as she gets older, taller, and stronger.
