Thursday, 27 September 2012. We have had a whale of a time at Aquagym over the last five weeks. Everyone has made improvements, from confidence in the water to perfecting stroke technique. Well done everyone, have a great holiday! Tuesday, 4 September 2012. We made posters to advertise our Popcorn Shop. I love the variety and the prior knowledge that the children showed, including things like "30% off" and "Only 50 cents! Amazing work, no wonder we sold out so quickly. Well done Room 11! Tuesday, 7 August 2012. Creating our own soft toys. We have been practising our sewing in Room 11, lucky for us Mr M is an expert! Thanks to the parents who gave up their time to come in and help us, you were gratefully appreciated! Room 2 Class Blog. Saturday, 24 November 2012. It's about time we updated the blog with some more photos. Room 2 have been working hard on their singing as we have been rehearsing Christmas songs for parents to come and hear at the Junior Whānau. Celebration of Learning on Thursday 6th December from 4pm until 5.50pm. It will be lots of fun and a chance for parents to see what we have been up to over the last term. Invites will be out soon! Sunday, 26 February 2012. We have been exploring 3D shapes. Wednesday, 22 February 2012. At last I've managed to get our song on to a video! It was a real learning experience for me, I've used GarageBand, iMovie, converted files from Mpeg4a to Mp3, used Animoto and finally here we are, the fiinished article.
