Adventures in Mothering: May 2010
http://momto3-raisingboys.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 3, 2010. The Smells of Boys. I remember getting excited buying baby lotion. I love the smell of that stuff. I would always rub some on the boys after their bathes when they were babies. As they got older, they didn't like it so much. Getting a shower was hard enough, let alone adding smelly lotion. They enjoy their stinky selves! Labels: teens; growing. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Journey: Normal...Friday was "Normal"
http://ythdudette.blogspot.com/2008/08/normalfriday-was-normal.html
Ministry, Recovery and Even the Boring Stuff! Wednesday, August 06, 2008. Normal.Friday was "Normal". I have to admit that while Rob was on vacation I didn't do a whole lot of pondering about anything we have been talking about. Not sure how much of it was a conscience decision to put all that aside while he was in Mexico. Before he left I sent him a couple emails and that was it until the "highlight" email I sent him on Sunday. And no one cared that I had a churro and a few cookies later! Karen's (she's...

http://ythdudette.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Ministry, Recovery and Even the Boring Stuff! Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Okaymaybe not weeks and weeks.but geesh.I know I have been a very bad blogger these days. Maybe it's because there has been a lot going on I really can't blog about. Maybe it's because I actually have somewhat of a life these days and so I am often engaged in said life. Maybe it's because while there are some things going well.some of the the usual stuff is not going so well. Wednesday, November 05, 2008. Be Careful What You Ask For.

The Journey: No Longer a Probie!
http://ythdudette.blogspot.com/2008/09/no-longer-probie.html
Ministry, Recovery and Even the Boring Stuff! Thursday, September 04, 2008. No Longer a Probie! Okaynot that type of probation.but I liked the patch! Yesterday I got to work and it was time for Mike and Pam to be in meetings. Pam was in one meeting and then Mike went into one or two more. He finally emerges and calls us into his office. I grab notes I have, the positioning for one of the weekend events and my pen. Now we can get things unpacked from last week and have a functional desk again! Rejected my...

Prayer Stations | Reflections of Me
https://jlh1976.wordpress.com/prayer-stations
My life, my thoughts, my world. Our church does a Good Friday “Journey to the Cross” every year, so I’m always looking for new ideas for prayer stations. Here are all of the ideas I’ve collected. Most I’ve borrowed from other churches and sites, so credit has been given when I can. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Fill in your details below or click an icon to log in:. Reflections | Reflections of Me

My life, my thoughts, my world. January 1, 2012. A while back I changed the name of this to “reflections of me”, so what better title for a new year’s post? After all, new years are for reflecting on the past and future. What do I want from 2012? I know what I really want, but realistically I know it will never be. So I’ll settle on a more realistic wish list. I wish for a family that can celebrate together without escalating to fights. I wish for more reasons to smile than frown. Enter your comment here.

Sunday, January 2, 2011. New Year, New Me. This new year presents new hope for me. I will conquer my battle with my weight. I will be in my Bible more. I will focus on myself, my family more. I have survived a horrible 1 1/2 years of tragedy for our family. I look back and see that I am a strong woman! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Ministry, Recovery and Even the Boring Stuff! Wednesday, August 20, 2008. Join the Circus Like You Wanted to, When You Were a Kid. The circus opens tonight at the HP! The last two days I have been walking from the employee entrance to the offices so I have to walk through the Zamboni vom area and have been able to see props, etc. for this year's show. I may not get to see much, but I am sooooooooo excited! I think it is going to be a lot of fun for those who will be there as guests. I was at the HP yeste...
