De vez en cuando. Friday, July 6, 2012. 88 little things I will miss about Uruguay. I have just over one week left in Uruguay. It's time to get all nostalgic and stuff. Anybody who knows me well enough knows that I love a good list. Here's one that I've been making for all of the little things that have made me smile (inside or out) over the past few months. The hot water machine in the cantina at Católica (used solely to refill mate thermoses). The way the ómnibus hauls ass in the 8 de Octubre tunnel.

I spent quite a bit of time on the bus today and heard not one, not two, but THREE different songs from the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack.
