The Yoga Cooperative was birthed in January, 2012. Founder, Evelyne Serais, yoga teacher and owner of Yoga For Everybody (Y4E) in downtown Fairfield, envisioned a non-profit organization providing free access to yoga wherever it was limited in our local community. Since then, numerous volunteer yoga teachers have cumulatively taught over 750 yoga classes in places like parks, prisons, schools, a homeless veteran shelter, senior centers and various social service organizations, mainly in Bridgeport, CT.
