On September 1, 1919, a new stock corporation was organized under the General Laws of the State of Maine, with no limitations as to the number of members, male or female. The records of the annual meeting of the members and of the meetings of the Board of Governors, previous to 1909 are missing: therefore, the accuracy of the lists of officers which follow cannot be guaranteed so far as earlier years are concerned. WEDDING and EVENT PLANNING. Dress Code for Members and Guests. In general, casual dress and shorts are permitted for dining on the deck. Collared shirts are preferred. Caps are not to be worn in the Clubhouse. Swim wear must be covered. Appropriate attire (coat and tie) for special events is appreciated although not required.
