Connect with Us on. Our fresh garlic is easy to peel and because the flavour is so full, our customers are telling us that only a fraction as much is required compared to store bought. To ensure its quality, store your garlic in a dry cool spot (not in a refrigerator). We recommend storing fresh garlic in a mesh bag or garlic keeper. Under these conditions it should last for three to five months. Fresh garlic is available each year beginning around the third week in August. Strong flavour when eaten raw.

Connect with Us on. Where To Find Our Garlic. Pre-orders for fresh garlic are taken year round. Garlic is ready about mid-August for pick-up or can be delivered. To ensure that your garlic needs are satisfied, we encourage you to call or email anytime throughout the year to place your order. Our hours of operation are from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm each Sunday from about the third Sunday in August (depending on harvest) until Thanksgiving. If you cannot make it during regular hours, please call ahead.
