Some friends and I have started doing a 30 day plank challenge using the picture above as our regimen. As you see, day 30 is 5 minutes. HA! Yeah, we'll see about that. However, I'm super excited to say that I've already completed day two :). Having the support of friends and family is huge for me - my "Love Languages". 20 seconds today - 30 tomorrow - we'll see how it works out.
