Its not easy especially when we are stuck in an 9 to 5 office job that doesn't require to move a lot in the office. Its even more difficult to try and look like one of the 299 extras in the movie 300. That being said, I have tried out a few of their classes and they are well, breath taking (literally)! Being in Jakarta, the time here is (GMT 7) 1 hour behind Malaysia. In Bali and nearby islands, its GMT 8, or same time as KL, and finally nearer towards Australia, in Papua, its GMT 9 (1 hour ahead of Malaysia). Looks like I just gotta get used to the timing here.
