While most of the summer puts me in the mood for a combination of lime and cilantro. Here are some of my favorite things to do with roasted green chiles:. Put them on eggs. Flour tortilla, eggs, tater tots, and liberal amounts of green chile. Green chile cheese grits. Take burger, add chopped roasted green chile. Done. Green chile pepperoni pizza. Green chile and cheese quesadillas.
