It’s amazing to know that each of us have these hurdles in our lives that hold us back from going after what we want and these hurdles are all in our head. If it’s just to talk to the girl sitting next to you on the plane. Telling your boss what you want in your job. Or just having a good time by yourself you are the only person holding yourself back.

Government scholarship should be given to the needy students according because they don't have what to pay for their studies they are hopeless, but if we consider the grades obtained for example a student can be from a wealthy family and gets awarded with a scholarship while a student coming from a poor family gets nothing at all to finance his studies.
