Kaaraikudi Restaurant @ Little India. 話說在澳洲時曾認識一個印度室友, 他常煮咖哩給大家吃, 那是我第一次接觸真正的印度菜, 原來跟我知道的不太一樣, 不過還没來得及學煮, 我們就分開了. 再一次吃印度人做的印度菜就在這裡, 不過選這餐廳的原因只是因為肚子餓見餐廳就進, 味道其實很普通. 之後逛小印度才發現有不少餐廳客人超多, 在門外也聞到香氣, 所以, 要在小印度覓食, 請多看幾間. 要看好吃的印度菜食記請等等, 在馬來西亞的金馬崙高原, 我們瘋狂地連續三餐吃了印度菜, 味道也很不錯. 男友很執著要吃著名的叻沙, 但没有一間近我們住或要去的地方. 選了要去的那間又找不到, 最後山長水又遠地去了位於住宅區小販中心的 正宗．加東叻沙, 據說是加東叻沙的始祖. 這裡的叻沙的確好吃, 湯底有蝦的鮮味, 也有椰香, 把辣醬伴勻吃起來夠惹味, 還有叻沙葉加添了香氣. 配料方面很簡單, 只有蝦, 魚片和鰤魽, 蝦鮮,. 鰤魽的獨特金屬味也能平衡湯底的膩感, 實在不錯. 只是, 地點真的不方便, 特地找巴士來吃呢, 又好像不太需要. 當然, 無限金錢乘的士就没問題了.
