That after years of yoyo dieting, I was going to start eating properly and finally get back to my goal weight before my 40th birthday on 26 September 2014 . I'm using this page to track my progress (taking the title 'Bat Fit' from the gorgeous Franny who coined the term - see her page here. A great tool for your smartphone! YouTube channel with lots of yoga workouts, from beginners to advanced - Adriene is awesome! Goal weight: 55kg (121lbs).

This one was an emergency re-house, as he was being looked after by a foster family after an injury . we couldn't resist - could you? He's a BIG kitty . photos didn't prepare us for how big!
