It means both “super cool” and “super sexy”. Recently a three-minutes music-video commercial named supergeil produced by ad agency Jung von Matt for a Germany’s supermarket chain Edeka got a hit, i.e. 2,000,000 views on Youtube. He dances and sings in various scenes in a routine daily life with various Edeka products.
