Starting in December, we invited our students just to come to our house after school on Tuesdays to practice their English, but also to discuss issues of relevance and importance in their lives, and to share with them our lives and our hearts and our God. A place to be raw. I am so proud of my garage sale finds. Last weekend I went to Grand Rapids to visit my friend from high school. It was a cool, fall-like weekend. Construction made my trip from IL about twice as long as it should have and I almost turned around in defeat. But I'm glad I didn't! Once I arrived SIX(which should been only 3) hours after leaving my apartment, my friend, Nicole and I went to a craft fair and some garage sales. Check out this awesome vintage chair I found! I was super happy.
