重建熱蘭遮城
讓我們許這片土地愛與希望，用熱情與行動，共創美好的未來。 台，其所興築之設施中，最為人熟知的即是熱蘭遮城，經數百年後現. 埋於今安平古堡附近區域之下。現以「熱蘭遮城城垣暨城內建築遺構」名稱指定為國定古蹟。 十七世紀初期，在通商獲利、急需營運中心的需求下， 1624. 年全部完工。成為荷人在台的武備、商務及行政中心。熱蘭遮城可說是台灣作為十七世紀大航海時代東亞轉運站最重要的歷史證物。 年鄭成功在台南建立了反清復明基地，為表達懷鄉之情，乃以鄭氏祖籍中國福建泉州府南安縣「安平鎮」代替「大員」之名。因鄭氏三代皆駐居於此，故熱蘭遮城又稱為「王城」。 清領時期，政治中心移至台南，安平則於台灣開港後成為外商的重要據點， 1868. 年「安平事件」發生，英軍來犯，炸毀位於熱蘭遮城的軍火庫，城牆毀損。此後當地官民修建房舍常來此挖取磚石，如 1874. 年進入日治時期後，日人剷平存留城牆，以紅磚砌成長形階梯平台，並在上方興建日式房屋作為海關長官宿舍，內城荷式建物全毀。到 1930. 年，荷蘭人在大員設立東亞的營運中心，同年也在北美的哈德遜河口 (. 年後，紐約成為世界金融之都，可是大員從 1823.
