The Quest for a healthier, simpler life. Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Yes Because that is all I can do right now. My injury finally seems to be getting a little bit better, but I still cannot run. It has been over 8 weeks. So to stay in shape and to keep sane, I have been going to spinning classes twice a week, and it is great fun! This morning, we went out for a 4 mile run by 30 degrees F and a good deal of wind. It took me about 1.5 hours to warm up after that! The Quest for a healthier, simpler life. Wednesday, June 2, 2010. So in the end we took a whole week off running. Egypt is definitely not a place for sporty people. In a week there, we saw 2 people exercising. That is including us two. Then a few days ago we arrived in France. Running here is a lot easier, you can find parks and also, the weather is chillier than Thailand. A lot chillier. Actually, it is really cold. We run in pants and sweater. Weird.
