Each morning, while working on this one wall, I would light some incense. I picked up a nearby Stone and a couple of pieces of scrap wood, and made an Alter for the job. Finding Stones in the woods, or moving them yourself from the stone yard to the site, is a great way to get to know them. Spread them around, and by the time the work begins, you and the Stones are already old friends. When you look at a space in the wall, you already know where that One Stone is laying.
