Kunst og handverk med TE: Prøysenprosjekt - Fuglebrett
http://terese2.blogspot.com/2014/12/prysenprosjekt-fuglebrett.html

http://terese2.blogspot.com/2014/12/prysenprosjekt-dompap.html
Mandag 15. desember 2014. Fransk kartong, pastellkritt, blyant, knetgummi, kvit passepatour. For nokre dyktige elevar eg har! Dette skriv eg om.

Monday, February 16, 2015. Jim Dine Inspired Embossing. This lesson was inspired by a pin I found on Pinterest from K-8 Art. We first began by looking at a PowerPoint I created showcasing the work of famous heART artist Jim Dine. 3 I mean come'on. it's February. After talking about the theme of his work and examining the many mediums he worked in, we also talked about how he managed to create texture in his pieces. The results - STUNNING. Links to this post. Art with Mrs. Nguyen: June 2015
http://www.artwithmrsnguyen.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 14, 2015. This past Thursday I went to a day long technology-driven staff development hosted by the county I work in. Attendees went to a general session and then got to pick four different sessions led by teachers/LSTCs/etc. One of the things I learned about while I was there was Google's "Tour Builder". It is a application in which you kind of merge a map with a story. Google Tour Builder interface. Art history in a more interactive way? Anyways. I got pretty excited about it and decid...

Art with Mrs. Nguyen: December 2014
http://www.artwithmrsnguyen.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 26, 2014. Winter is probably my favorite season solely because I then have an excuse to do winter-themed projects - and this architecture lesson is no exception! I began by reading the book "Iggy Peck, Architect" by Andrea Beaty with my students and we discussed how Iggy had to work creatively to create structures with very unusual materials (pancakes, pies, shoes, dirty diapers {ewwww}, etc.). Then we discussed what features a home might have. On the fourth day I surprised my students b...
